Sweetly Bitter

6th Dec was my b-day, which is considered as a black day by many people, there was full tight security every where or so I thought, many big temples were closed down, events were postponed. Oh so much on my b-day…..

I was happy G s parents had come, my parents had to come (but only my dad came).For the first time I was celebrating my b-day in Mysore, no friends (all friends in Bangalore, still need to make friends in Mysore, we were and still are too much into biz its development , growth n so on, but now I really need to go out and make friends in Mysore…lol) it was just family this time. 

Yeh it was good, early morning pooja at home, temple after the breakfast, and then followed by lunch and dinner out. It was a quiet one and good too. 

The bitter part was I was still not able to get over about what had happened in Mumbai. Even till today it haunts me. After my b-day the next day we went to Ooty for a 2 day trip, when I was in the hotel room I was thinking what if terrorist come, where will I hide? What will I do? How will I protect my people? Oh so many questions. If I who saw it in the TV is affected so much means then, I can imagine how the person or people who have gone through it might be feeling.

One more thing, I went to the Chamundeshwari temple on my b-day which is the famous temple in Mysore, there was no security there at all , this particular temple is also on the terror raider list and there was hardly any security. Mysore is also on the terror list hopefully there is tight security in other tourist places like Palace , KRS  ......
