I am undergoing a medical treatment for some health reasons. The doc has told me that physical problem can be cured with medicines but the psychological problem that has to be cured by just me and just myself.
The psychological problem is the main hindrance for my health to improve, says the doc. The problem is I am soooo involved in my work and stressed all time, I worry for silly things. I handle finance mainly and I ve realized it’s the most stressful part of a business coz it’s the main part of any business. I am stressed out more during the beginning of the month due to monthly taxes, salaries etc etc uffff.
Mr Doc has told me that unless I de-stress myself and relax medicines wont work, coz mentally I should be stress free for medicines too work. I am doing all possible from meditation to yoga to walking (some I still need to start, and I don’t continue, I keep taking breaks) and trying to be happy and cheerful … I donno what else I can do too de-stress myself, so any tips you are welcome .

Hope this is no serious health issue dear. Here are my suggestions...
Yoga - continute doing it. It's a big help.
Start going to the gym - work out sessions are big on stress relief.
Music - listen to soft, soothing music every once in a while. It helps...
Make sure you get enough sleep every day and you have a proper on time diet.
Prioritize and manage your work - Don't worry much about silly things dear. Prioritize your work for the day and get the most important things done first. Then deal with the small issues if and only if you have time. It's ok if you can't do it all.
DO NOT drink a lot of coffee - not sure if you are a coffee drinker, but if so, try to reduce it. Try green tea instead.
Talk / discuss - keeping things cluttered in mind and not letting it out might also be a problem. Talk it out to someone close or write a blog, whatever you feel like. Just don't keep it in your mind and worry all the time. If you share it with someone, it might not solve problems, but you will feel lighter for sure...
Alrite, enough blabber from my side as of now...Hope you feel better dear. I will write more if I can think of anything :-)

just relax and dont worry much...i know its easier said than done....but when it comes to health u just need to do what u ought to do...

when ur angry...just count numbers or chant prayers....
just try and concentrate on any particular thing for few minutes when ur stressed...
most of all try and things about ur happy times... which is the best solution for relaxing...

@ BG - Get an Ipod. Fill the music. Get up early everyday and go for a walk with the Ipod on. nature and music -awesome combo.
Play with Kids. Ull learn to be a kid again. Especially hide and seek.
Get a coloring book and crayons and draw. Ull be amazed at how your drawing skill hasn't changed much from school. Any other problem will dwarf in comparison.
Make a list of what's bothering you, stick it to a dart board and aim everyday.
Watch TV - Friends -The best sitcom ever.
Get a friend- Laugh your guts out.
Go shopping. Retail therapy works.
Get a fish. Talk to it. It will ALWAYS listen to you.
Talk to your parents, Ask them to send you old family pictures.
I don't promise that what I write will make your day. But sometimes I get mails from people how I manage to laugh at things.
I don't. I make others laugh. So should you. Especially if the person whose face you are bringing a smile on is an orphan or an elderly person.
